Your software license is provided with instructions and the URL for downloading the licensed version (the trial does not convert to the licensed
version). Be sure to include an e-mail address for receiving notices about updates, which are free for the first twelve months.
Our software licenses are perpetual licenses, i.e., they have no expiration date.
You are entitled to a full refund when requested within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with our software for any reason.
Maintenance and Support
A one year Maintenance and Support contract may be purchased for 25% of the software license price. It includes priority technical support,
all bug patches for one year for one user and no charge for the next major upgrade whenever it is released. Customers without a Maintenance and Support receive 30 days of free
technical support, all bug fix updates released during the first year and a discount on the next major upgrade.

We do not offer a "server license."
When our software is installed on a server, each concurrent user must have one single user license. This is tracked via a license file.
There is no limit on the number of users that may access the application,
only on the number using it at the same time, i.e., concurrently.
If you are a reseller you must be approved prior to purchase as stated in the Xponent Software License Agreement.
To obtain a customized license put the name of your customer or your customer's
company in the License Name input on the order page.
