All purchases are handled exclusively by our ecommerce provider, Fastspring.com. Fastspring accepts all common forms of payment including credit cards and purchase orders. Credit cards supported include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Unionpay. Wire Transfer, Paypal and Amazon Pay are supported in many countries.

Your software license is provided  with instructions and the URL for downloading the licensed version (the trial does not convert to the licensed version). Updates are free for the first twelve months.

Enter the name of your company in the License Name input on the order page; this will embed it in the encrypted license key and it will be displayed when using our software. If License Name input is blank, the name of the purchaser will be embedded.

Our software licenses are perpetual licenses for the purchased version, i.e., they have no expiration date

You are entitled to a full refund when requested within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with our software for any reason.

Your purchase includes one year of Maintenance and Support for no additonal charge. Maintenance and Support Policy.

We do not offer a "server license." When our software is installed on a server, each concurrent user must have one single user license. This is tracked via a license file. There is no limit on the number of users that may access the application, only on the number using it at the same time, i.e., concurrently.

When placing your order at our online store please note the following:

The License Name must be the entity you are making the purchase on behalf of and they will be the only lawful licensee.

The Email must be for the entity you are making the purchase on behalf of.

In accordance with our License Agreement, the licensee is the only entity or person entitled to use the softare.
