Maintenance Contracts

XMLMax maintenance contracts are purchased in one year increments at $1.00 per user per week. For example, if you have one user a one year maintenance contract is $52; if you have ten users, a one year maintenance contract is $520. A maintenance contract may be purchased with XMLMax or at any time thereafter.

Maintenance contracts include:

• Every new version of XMLMax, including major releases and patches
• Support questions answered by e-mail within one business day

Xponent's policy is to fix significant bugs as soon as possible after they are reported and to release a patch update without waiting for the next scheduled major release.

Even without a maintenance contract customers are entitled to:

• Unlimited free patches for security-related bugs.
• Support questions answered by e-mail within one business day for two weeks after purchase and as soon as possible thereafter.
