Maintenance Contracts For XMLMax and XmlSplit

Customers with paid versions receive free product updates for one year that begins the date of purchase.

Maintenance contracts are purchased in one year increments. The price is twenty-five(25) percent of the price of the purchased product.

Maintenance contracts include:

• Every new version of the product, including major releases and patches.
• Technical support questions answered by e-mail within one business day.

Xponent's policy is to fix significant bugs as soon as possible after they are reported and to release a patch update without waiting for the next scheduled major release.

Even without a maintenance contract customers are entitled to:

• All minor updates.
• Technical support questions answered by e-mail as soon as possible.
